On a recent visit to SOJAXI was provided a loaner vehicle while my Outback was in for scheduled maintenance. All went well, but when I returned the loaner, I forgot to turn in the key fob for the vehicle, wh while my Outback was in for scheduled maintenance. All went well, but when I returned the loaner, I forgot to turn in the key fob for the vehicle, which I didn't realize until I was at home, 20+ miles away. I called and reported my goof up and offered to mail the fob back. The next morning, Mike called and said that they would be happy to come and pick it up. Everyone there was so friendly and polite, in spite of my dumb move! Very well run dealership that has been a pleasure to deal with ever since our first visit when we purchased our Outback. More

Although my first time for service was not the best, they have definitely made up for it all the other times my vehicle has needed service. This was my first time visiting and I found the service department friendly and efficient. They told me my hitch would take 2 to 2.5 hours to install and were finished in 2. Mike made me feel like they really cared about me and our car. I also was pleased with the use of a loner. I am alittle concerned of the placement of the wiring harness. I was also surprised that you didn't have nitrogen for the tires and that you don't have complimentary car washes. The overall experience was very positive and that was due from Mike and the hitch installer. More
