After leaving my car, I went into the customer lounge and found that masks weren't being worn by the people there, and the TV was blaring Fox News at a irritating volume. I then noticed how many employees we found that masks weren't being worn by the people there, and the TV was blaring Fox News at a irritating volume. I then noticed how many employees were wearing their masks under their chins. I found the ugly political climate distasteful. I hadn't been aware of Subaru of Jacksonville being such a political location, and will avoid their poor response to a pandemic that has already killed a quarter of a million people. I stood outside as socially distant as I could until I saw my car come out, and after another 15 minutes and no other customers with a service agent settled my bill with an unmasked individual. More
