My car didn't need service for 3K miles. Also new tires at 27K? I drove only 3K miles? Come on. Bought the car at about 24K miles last year, November. Had it serviced and sticker said next svc 27K? Bought the car, drove about 3K miles, now suddenly I am told I "need" new tires for $600+! I'm told tires good for 40K miles. Either you sold me worn out tires or you're pushing sales. My Subaru needed some work done to it. The dealership was quick to get us scheduled and loaned us a courtesy car as soon as one became available. As for the lower Service Department rating this goes back to my 2016 Outback, I was having low tire pressure on one tire after the third time taking it in and insisting (with pictures of my low pressure tire) the tire be removed and checked the problem was resolved but not before the warranty ran out. If the technician would have explored the problem even after the second return the warranty would have covered my $100.00+ expense. But to their credit all other services have been great. More
