It was a busy atmosphere at dealership but they seemed set up to handle people quickly. I had to leave my car (given a very nice loaner) and my car was not ready until the next day due to their backlog. D set up to handle people quickly. Defective airbag was replaced as requested but when I started to leave after repair I noticed air conditioning not working. Had to ask to have it plugged in since the service person forgot to do it. My phone holder was not replaced and it was thrown in back seat. I was reinstalling phone holder in dash when I discovered air conditioner not working. It was lucky I discovered it before I drove 30 minutes home. Also next day I had to return a flashlight that the mechanic left in my car. Folks were nice but lacked attention to detail. More

This review is to sing the praises of Mike Needham. He was singularly helpful in trying to solve a check engine light problem. Although I was a stranger to this dealership, he responded as if I were a lon was singularly helpful in trying to solve a check engine light problem. Although I was a stranger to this dealership, he responded as if I were a long time valued customer. He tried to accommodate me in as immediate manner as possible to get this problem fixed. I hope the dealership values him as the employee he is. Because of him I would return to this dealership to buy a car for the service department alone. More
