Excellent and friendly service! I had a screw in my tire and it was losing air. I went by the dealership, no appointment, and a smiley DANIEL KANE helped me right away! He explained what they were going to do and if I wanted a complimentary car wash after wards! He was not only inviting, kind and caring... he had a BEAUTIFUL WARM SMILE. We had lost a key, the parts department was very helpful in ordering us a new one. We went by to pick it up and have it synced with our other key. We did not have an appointment, but Steven said he'd be happy to get the key activated. Within a mere 10 minutes, we had the newly active key, tested and in hand. Additionally, we were able to visit and chat with our sales rep. Sabino who very nicely re-educated us on roof racks, Then Dan from service kindly helped me find the new key which I had already misplaced.... No judgments, just very graciously located the key and made sure everything was "good to go." Thank You Subaru of Jacksonville- 10 stars would be more appropriate! More

Great service! I was in for routine 30,000 maintenance. I was able to make an appt right away, the sercice was explained to me and I was out right on time. Excellent service We bought our Forester from Subaru of Jacksonville in 2015 and they have been servicing it since. The buying process was easy and unstressful and the We bought our Forester from Subaru of Jacksonville in 2015 and they have been servicing it since. The buying process was easy and unstressful and the service department has met our needs promptly and efficiently. While we were out of state we had to take it to another Subaru service department, but problem not really resolved. Upon returning to Jacksonville ,this service department identified the problem, and replaced the malfunctioning part without charge, and provided us with a loaner car for the day. Our Forester was fixed quickly and well, plus it was cleaned inside and out! We thank Steven Wall for his knowledge and help in this matter. More
