Most recently, Daniel Kane demonstrated exceptional customer service by arranging for a volunteer mechanic to come to my home to replace a failed battery, resolving a major logistics issue. Customer Service Perfection I have an older used Subaru Outback that I bought from this dealership. It has had a couple of nagging bugs that the service department keeps trying to pin down. Their service has been spectacular! I have worked with several of the service department Representatives and I actually look forward to bringing my vehicle to them. From the gentleman who greets you when you arrive until they hand me the keys to a new loaner, it is the best service that I have ever received at any dealership. I'll always own a Subaru from here on out! More

Efficient & pleasant I'm accustomed to making a service appointment, waiting 15 minutes for them to start work, having the task take an hour longer than anticipated and be I'm accustomed to making a service appointment, waiting 15 minutes for them to start work, having the task take an hour longer than anticipated and being hit with an unexpected expense for a repair I didn't know I needed. None of that happened at Subaru! First of all, no appointment was needed and I was triaged within 2 minutes of my arrival. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, the task took less time than quoted, the waiting area was comfortable and quiet and they fixed a ding I had asked for a repair quote on at no charge. As much as I love my Subaru, I think I like the service better! More
Tire replacement On our vacation trip to Vero Beach we hit road debris and experienced a tire blowout at 65MPH while driving south on Route 95 just north of Jacksonvi On our vacation trip to Vero Beach we hit road debris and experienced a tire blowout at 65MPH while driving south on Route 95 just north of Jacksonville. I put on the donut spare tire then checked the Legacy Navigation system for the closest Subaru dealership. We arrived at your dealership a little before 11AM on a Thursday. I was still a little shaken up over our accident while explaining to Kevin what had happened. He was polite, professional, and very patient with me which I greatly appreciated. Although we had no appointment, Kevin was able to work us into his schedule and had us back on the road in a little over 90 minutes with an exact replacement tire and a complimentary car wash. Excellent service and an exceptional employee. Thank you Kevin and Subaru of Jacksonville for being there for us. More

He politely explained the problem and That it was no charge. In addition, Juan, the best salesman I’ve even known, made a point of visiting me while I waited. Excellent customer service! A quick preface- I live about 80 miles from Subaru of Jacksonville, in St. Simons Island, GA. Only a terrific vehicle and dealership could compel us A quick preface- I live about 80 miles from Subaru of Jacksonville, in St. Simons Island, GA. Only a terrific vehicle and dealership could compel us to purchase from a manufacturer not local to us. A few days ago my wife's 2017 Forester wouldn't start. With the recent cold, I assumed perhaps that the weather had drawn the battery down. I called down to the dealership and advised them of the issue and requested to bring the vehicle in the next day. We were still a month out from getting our (comlimentary) oil change and check up, and the service advisor said they would do that for us as well. When i arrvied at the dealership, Jennifer Becker was my service advisor. She was very friendly and professional, and was responsve to my request to have things done quickly as I had to be a meeting back in Georgia. The battery was tested, but would not hold a good charge. Rather then 'wait and see' as I've had other dealers try to do, Jennifer advised that they didn't want to hold me up, and replaced the battery under warranty. It acutally took slightly longer, however; the service department noticed that one of the fusible links to the bateery was bad, and replaced that as well before returning my car to me. They advised they didn't want me to have to make another minor visit down if I didn't have to. THAT is great service and caring about you customer. While I was waiting for the repairs, I spent some time with Juan Hernandez, our saleman for the Forester. As always he was gracious and friendly, and is helping me with my inquiries on the new Subaru Accent... Great job! Thanks so much! More
