Out of state and needing service from TN and needed oil change quickly as oil light came on! Contacted Subaru of Jacksonville and found Max and Gabriel! Well I was treated like a KI from TN and needed oil change quickly as oil light came on! Contacted Subaru of Jacksonville and found Max and Gabriel! Well I was treated like a KING and my car was ready in record time!!! I'm back home in TN now and now have the peace of mind to know these guys are my "GO TO" guys in Jacksonville for my car needs! Service on the fly! My husband and I travelled from Charleston, SC to St. Augustine, FL to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived in St. Augustine and checked in to My husband and I travelled from Charleston, SC to St. Augustine, FL to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived in St. Augustine and checked in to our B&B, we couldn't ge my 2017 Outback started again. We'd had no problems on the 4.5-5.0 hour trip down south. We suspected the battery, but thought that seemed unlikely given that the car was approachng it's 2nd birthday. We have Roadside Assistance and we called. 40-minutes later the tow truck driver arrived and before he could even hook the cables up, the car started! When we drove it to the parking lot, some 4-blocks away, the rear hatch alarm started to sound incessantly and we couldn't get the hatch open or closed. We decided to take the car into Jacksonville on Friday, 5/17/19. We called on the way to the dealership. We were greeted by Max and we explained our woes. He assured us he would take care of us and had us excorted to the lounge. Less than an hour later, we were good to roll...dead battery indeed and in need of an update to the module controlling the altenator. I believe Gabe was our tech and he left me with a cleaner car than when I arrived. Feeling blessed that a Subaru dealership was relatively close-by and very accommodating. This trip could have turned out much differently. Thank you Max & Gabe! More
