I was on vacation and got A Tale of Two Dealerships: It was the best of times -- it was the worst of times. Not all dealerships are created equal. I was on vacation and got locked out of my trunk. I went to a Subaru dealership (out of state and I won't say where) and just asked for help getting in. I was brusquely told they were too busy and I could maybe make an appointment in the upcoming days, but certainly not that day. I worked around access to the trunk until I got back into town and drove directly to my home dealership (Jacksonville Atlantic Blvd). Even though they were busy and I had no appointment, Gabe and two other members stopped what they were doing, discussed among them what the potential problem could be and had me fixed in less than 10 minutes. I was elated and it made for a good ending to my vacation. And they didn't even make me feel like an idiot since ultimately this situation was caused by "operator error". Many thanks. So now, I appreciate even more the terrific service I have received every time I have brought my BRZ in. More

Service Dept. Brought in my 2019 Ascent for it's first service and was happy with the express lane and immediate greeting by a service representative. The vehicle was promptly serviced by Dan and Gabe,washed and delivered back to me within 30 minutes! The staff took the time to thoroughly explain all details of the service as well as when to bring the vehicle back for it"s next 12,000 mile checkup. My new car salesman Jerry Johnson noticed me in the waiting room , greeted me and asked if there was anything I needed and if I was happy with my original purchase! I used the express service with no appointment required and was in and out in about twenty minutes with their multi-point inspection accomplished and car washed with a bottle of cold water sitting in my cup holder when I left! As with ever service event at Subaru of Jacksonville, it was a pleasant experience. Dan and Gabe performed the service plus rotated the tires, did a multipoint inspection and replaced the cabin filter. This prepared my 2017 Legacy for an upcoming 1200 road trip. All this done in under the hour predicted. Subaru of Jacksonville hires great people and trains them well. The staff is friendly, polite and professional. It is the best dealership experience I ever had. Highly recommend them. More
