Amazing Service We were on a trip to St. Augustine and needed to get a routine service on our 2016 Subaru Outback. We arrived at Subaru of Jacksonville around 8:30 an We were on a trip to St. Augustine and needed to get a routine service on our 2016 Subaru Outback. We arrived at Subaru of Jacksonville around 8:30 and were greeted by Dan, one of the service advisors. This was the first time we’ve used this dealership and we were made to feel welcomed even before we stepped out of our car. The service area was clean and well kept and the customer waiting area was well planned with plenty of seating. It also had drinks and snacks available. Our car was serviced quickly and it even got a wash at no extra charge. Upon completion, Gabe reviewed the paperwork for our service and asked us if we had any questions. Fast, professional, and well worth the visit. We would not hesitate to return again in the future. Thanks again for continuing to make our Subaru ownership a great experience. Well done! More

Sure enough, I showed up at 7:00am and they got me in and out for a full service in under an hour. They were also very helpful, courteous, and personal. I would highly recommend the service department at this dealership. More

Oops. My schedule is often unpredictable and I wasn't sure when I'd be able to get back, but turns out they were able to fit me in and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I love how they always check and make sure everything went well after a service visit. I've owned a lot of different makes of cars and trucks and Subaru is my favorite by far! The staff is always friendly and they have a nice waiting. More

I came in for routine oil change, tire rotation & multi-point inspection. I noticed at checkout on my multi-point inspection form that the rear wiper was marked as good (rather, the green circle was marked, which I assume means “good”). I mentioned to them that the rear wiper was actually not even on there... I forgot to mention that a large branch fell on my car last week and broke the rear wiper arm off. I’d been planning to ask about it at this service and forgot. So clearly that item was checked off without actually being inspected. I just hope that the other more important items were checked more thoroughly. More

I drove to Port Saint Lucie Florida for 3 months of part time work and during that period I drove the 300 miles back to Fernandina Beach Florida four times.
