30k service and tires Our 2015 Subaru Outback just turned 34,000 miles and it was time for the 30,000 mile service. Called Kevin on Wednesday and he got us in at a time Our 2015 Subaru Outback just turned 34,000 miles and it was time for the 30,000 mile service. Called Kevin on Wednesday and he got us in at a time that was most convenient for us. I talked with the parts department to make sure they have it the type of tires that we needed, and Eric Matthews was very helpful and friendly. Dropped it off at 10 AM this morning and by 3 o’clock this afternoon they had done the complete service, all four new tires and a four wheel alignment too! Great price on the tires and they even did a complete wash and vacuum, and cleaned all the glass very nicely. We highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville and would never think of taking it anywhere else, they are great! More

Service I had an issue with my battery. 2018 Subaru outback, had not started a couple times out of the blue with no apparent reason. So I had been stranded I had an issue with my battery. 2018 Subaru outback, had not started a couple times out of the blue with no apparent reason. So I had been stranded and had to call roadside assistance. When they tested the battery it tested good. But because they did not want to me to keep going thru this if it happened again, they gave me a new battery. That gave me peace of mind and also made me feel like they care about their customers. They always go the extra mile to make sure you leave with a resolution that you can be happy with. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. They do put the customer first! S.
