Dont need a response its your policy to charge an outrageous diagnostic fee for a simple problem which your competitors dont charge i understand its a way to pad your profits. I just choose not to do business with a company that puts profit above customers.

While we do charge a fee for some complex issues that could take multiple hours to diagnose, this instance was one where we clearly should have taken care of what would more than likely be a small issue. We regret the way the situation was handled, and ownership has used it as a learning experience for future customers.
