We sent an email back inquiring about a 2015 XV Crosstrek. We have a 2013 Crosstrek and it's beem nothing short of excellent. We figured with gther equity in that we might be able to get into a 2015 Crosstrek with no money out of pocket. We also had an employee discount via TrueCar.com. We received an email back from Dave Dombrowski who worked tirelessly for a couple days to work out the details of the 2015 Crosstrek pricing, our 2013 Crosstrek trade with our equity, and we gave him our current financing deal to see if he could match it. He was the bomb from beginning to end. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and attentive. He listened, and put it ALL together from the vehicle pricing, to the Subaru guaranteed trade price, to the financing. Just a great dealership experience especially since we don't like to be at a dealership for hours. Dave took all of our info over the phone and had everything ready once we made our decision. We walked in, saw our new vehicle was prepped and ready to go. Ourt paperwork was completed and Anita Clarkson, the Financing Director was waiting for us. She is without a doubt the most knowledgeable auto finance person we've ever dealt with. And she is also friendly and personable and patient. She explained every question we had thoroughly and in easy to understand language. Bottom line, if you shop for a Subaru anywhere else in the Jacksonville, Florida area, you're doing yourself a disservice.
