My AWESOME car buying experience I am a 24 year old Jacksonville native who came in looking to drive one of the barely used cars on their used lot-a almost new 2010 Honda Element. It was exactly what I was looking for and I had been researching the car for weeks before finding the perfect fit. Sabino Martinez was nothing short of the best as my salesman. He made the experience extremely laid back and there was never a stressful moment for me as the buyer. He's not your typical salesman, not once did I feel he wasn't looking out for both of our best interests and the deal was incredibly fair. Anita Jackson in the financing department made the paper signing portion smooth and not only was pleasant to converse with but gave us an awesome dinner recommendation as well! This is the first car that I am able to put in my name alone without the assistance of my parents and Subaru of Jacksonville could not have made it any easier for me to do so. Thank you so much! More

I emailed my inquiry to Subaru and received a response from Josh Strickland. I met with Josh and explained what I wanted and what I did not want, and he listened, (I know ladies, a man that actually listens…sorry guys). He found the Crosstrek with the exact options that I was looking for in a crossover. I am pleased to say the purchase process was a breeze, no pressure and no stress! I have owned my Crosstrek for 4 days and have already put over 600 miles on it, including interstate, town, and really dusty country roads, it handles great! Definitely look up Josh Strickland when you go to Subaru of Jacksonville! More
