My salesman was Ryan, he met my husband at the airport on time picked him up, went to lunch, then back to the dealership to do the paperwork and was back on the road in 1 1/2 hours for the 12 hour trip back to Illinois. I don't know any other dealerships that do this. I bought over the Internet and Ryan was very patient with all my questions. Ryan made my husbands first trip on a plane and first trip to Florida a great experience, now he wants to go back to Florida sometime for a vacation. Great people at this dealership!!!!!! More

Bought my first Subaru Visited Subaru of Jacksonville at the beginning of the year knowing my beloved SAAB was nearing its end. I was immediately greeted by Kimberly and took a couple of test drives. I never felt pressured, and Kimberly answered all my questions with the utmost patience. I ordered an Impreza Sport Premium, detailing all the features I wanted. She answered all financing inquiries as well. I was given an anticipated date of arrival, and the car came early. The car had been detailed when I arrived, and financing went without a hitch. I was out the door quickly and driving my fantastic new car. A terrific experience all around. More

Professional, friendly and low-pressure. First time looking at Subaru vehicles. We were looking at Legacy sedans. The sales staff were very friendly with little pressure to close a sale. Unfortunately, both Subaru dealerships in Jacksonville carry only a modest inventory of these cars. However, this dealership had the car with the options we were looking for on order and they quickly called when it was delivered to their location. Our salesman did an admirable job in quickly getting the car prepped by the service department while he prepared the myriad of paperwork. Their was no pressure to purchase any "addons" nor finance in-house. Once the vehicle was prepped, the salesman when over all of the vehicle features. The finance person was very pleasant and we quickly finished the transaction. Again, there was no pressure to add on extras to the purchase or finance. If the service department is as professional, I will be a very happy customer. More
