Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Mark was responsive to me as a customer and always followed up with me in a timely fashion. Anita was great and surprised me with great financing terms. My 2013 Subaru WRX experience I had heard great things about this dealership from past buyers and they had a vehicle I was interested in. Frank Woods from Subaru of Jacksonville This past month we headed to Jacksonville, FL to test drive and discuss buying options with several dealers. Frank Woods from Subaru of Jacksonville was, by far, the most courteous and knowledgeable of any sales staff we encountered at any dealership. We went to VW, Toyota, Mazda, and Ford dealerships and ended up buying a 2015 Subaru Outback. We don't purchase new cars very often and were not looking forward to the ordeal but Frank was outstanding. For one, he was not pushy but even more important was that he really knew the product. He followed up with us and helped negotiate a great price. After the purchase he took the time to show my wife all of the options we purchased. We have never purchased from Subaru but Frank made an impression on us and, from this day forward, we will always go to a Subaru dealer first when thinking of purchasing a vehicle. More
