I used internet shopping for initial contact and price and then followed up by emails until making in-person visit where I met Josh. All folks I came into contact with a the dealer were friendly and welcoming. Josh was very patient and let me test drive the two models I wanted to see. No pressure at all. I wasn't pleased with initial trade offer so returned home. After a follow-up email from Josh, I negotiated more on the trade and Josh worked with me and his manager to get me what I wanted. When I returned to the dealer several days later to take delivery, I expected some trick to add charges or reduce my trade. There was none of that. In fact, Josh worked with the finance manager so that he was the only person I had to deal with in signing all the papers. The dealership is great. I wish it was closer to my home town but will definitely recommend to others that the trip to Jacksonville is worth the time. More

The dealership was honest, straightforward, low pressure and friendly. I had done my homework prior to coming into the showroom and also contacted them by email for an appointment. Once there, they offered a fair price for my trade in and quoted an attractive price for the new car without needing to go through too many painful negotiating steps. In addition, the members of the sales team worked with each other effortlessly so that when my primary salesperson was busy, others immediately stepped up to make sure I was being taken care of without any appearance of trying to squeeze themselves into the deal or steal a customer. This happened even with tests drives that took the other person away from the showroom floor for an extended period of time. I had a tow hitch added to the car so took delivery the next day and the car was ready, detailed and spotless when I came for pick up. I highly recommend this dealership and the individuals I worked with. More
