I made the horrendous mistake of going to another Subaru dealer to buy the 4th. I certainly won't do that again. Josh Strickland and Anita Clarkson are my "go to" people. They have made the dreaded car buying experience almost fun! They even put my daughter in a new Impreza. The Service and Parts Departments are equally as accommodating. When calling for a service appointment, I have always gotten the day and time I need. And the vehicles have always been ready on time, if not early. I would have to say that we are not just a Subaru family now but a SOJAX family! More

My experience has always been one of feeling pressured and pushed. Well, not at this dealership. Josh Strickland knows how to treat people. I never felt pressured or pushed or uncomfortable. We agreed on the new car price and trade-in value of our old car with really no feelings of anxiety at all. I felt good about it. I will say spending the amount we spent on our new car is humbling, to say the least, but Josh made it all bearable. I will recommend this young man and Subaru of Jacksonville to my friends. More

It took almost 02 months and sometimes I dreamed about driving my Outback Subaru in the mountains of California, and Gatlingburg, Tenneessee, (Mr.Woods probably thinks I was just kidding him), and today, May 7 2015, my dream SUBARU Outback finally came. Oh boyyy, beatiful SUV, I am going to love this vehicle for a longggg time. Mr. Frank Woods was so very helpful in explaining how to operate all the new gadgets-computerized things, and at the same time, Mr.Woods tells us stories about the mountainous Gatlingburg cabins in Tennessee which we said that we are going to go there and spend some time to see the place. I really love to visit this mountanous place, and i will try also during winter time. We spend more than 2.5 hours listening to Mr. Woods and Mr.Woods really took his time to tell us what we should know about our brand new Subaru Outback. He is very,very patient to us.
