With an indecisive 6+ test drives, over two visits, and a very strict budget, I was never pressured. Eventually I walked away with my first ever brand new car. Under my own will I chose a model nicer than I originally planned (outbacks are a much nicer drive!), and David did everything he could to help me get into the price bracket I needed. There was no haggling (I had a VIP agreement walking in). I had some challenges with financing due to living out of state, but Anita was able to work around the red tape and get me into the best financing possible. I would go back in a heart beat and would recommend it highly. This is my first Subaru. If the brand is as great as the staff at this dealership, I foresee the beginning of a long relationship. More

Besides the known facts that give Subaru cars their great reputation, you will also have a great buying experience. You will not fill any kind of pressure or discomfort in the process, they are very friendly and "patient" with you :), and even if you come all surrounded with an armor ready for a buying battle after a few minutes into it you will realize you don't need it, and that you can relax. I am not going to write too much cause you probably will check more reviews from other customers and come with your own opinion, i will just say that you won't be disappointing when you leave the dealer and most likely be happy with your purchase. I have done my research before and after and I know I got a pretty good deal. PS: They also have a great service department, very polite and knowledgeable, that will keep your car in good shape for as long as you have it (I know people that have been going there for many years and their cars have more than 300 K miles and still run great). He was very easy going during our test rides (we bought a used Subaru) and gave us time to get comfortable with Our salesman Jerry Johnson was great. After the paperwork was completed Jerry took the time to go over all the goodies on our car and how they worked, he even paired our phones with the system for us. All of this was in the owners manual but he made it easier to understand. We wanted an extra key and was able to get it the next day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. The service waiting area is great, comfortable seating, coffee, bottled water, soda's and snacks. Only used it for a few minutes though. When I go in for my first service I'll be able to review that aspect of Subaru of Jacksonville. More

Salesman, Juan, was available for questions/help, but really low-pre I had to order the Crosstrek I wanted; it came in 2 weeks earlier than expected. Salesman, Juan, was available for questions/help, but really low-pressure, very straight-forward and honest; which I appreciated. The financing was a breeze. The finance lady (Anita) was super-knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I will definitely buy from them again when I'm ready for my next Subie. More
