We were ready to buy but didn't know if the model we wanted would be available for our agreed upon budget. Always considered the Forester a truly unique model: safe, comfortable, excellent resale value, outstanding Consumer report ratings and a great value based on comparable models in its class. Luckily the model was available and my offer (based on a fair price from Truecar) was accepted with almost no negotiating. I really think we got a fair deal and everyone we spoke with were tremendous. Nando DiPasquale, Russ and Philip were fantastic. We have received follow up calls and emails offering any support or help. Love the vehicle and feel secure the dealership is there when we have questions or need service.
