Was a little taken aback by as soon as we parked a salesman approached . But he was very nice( tall black man)) and made us feel very welcome . He got Mark for us and we connected immediately. I saw some very young salespeople, but very much liked dealing with someone about my age(60). He was upfront, showed us our options , in our budget. And I trusted him. Well we just picked up our new Forester, and love it. Just a wonderful experience and my wife and I highly recommend your dealership and your salesman ,Mark Minter! More

A most pleasant experience! My husband and I were looking for possibly two Subarus as we had just purchased a NC home and needed all-wheel vehicles made to climb mountains. Buying a car has always been a less than pleasant experience and we are so pleased with the sales team at Subaru of Jacksonville. We have never had a Subaru and spent our first visit with Mark looking at three different models. On our second visit Mark was unavailable and Juan Hernandez helped us as I test drove a Forester and my husband drove an Outback. Juan helped us compare the different models as to what qualities/options each car offered and what was most important to each of us. I traded in my Mini Cooper (a car I love) for a 2016 Forester Limited with the X-Mode. I am now ready to conquer the mountains in rain, snow or sleet! When we returned a few days later he had some vehicles ready to view based on our preferences. When it came time to negotiate the price we feel that Frank and the general manager were very fair and generous with the final price of the new vehicle and the price we agreed upon for our trade. Anita in Finance was also very easy to deal with and took her time to explain the various finance options/terms. There was no pressure to buy extended warranties just straight talk on the benefits of certain options. Compared to other dealerships and vehicles we visited and looked at, Subaru of Jax really made us feel comfortable with such an important purchase. More
