Much more pleasurable experience than with the other area dealer we had visited the day before (who told me I couldn't get the vehicle in orange unless it came from AL or GA, then I found one across town). Knew their stuff (I do my research and typically know more about the vehicle going in than most salespersons, so I know if they don't). Seemed fair and honest and if the service department is much the same, it could be the start of a long relationship. Got a certified pre-owned Crosstrek with low miles (service loaner) and better warranty (7 yrs/100.000 miles) than the brand new ones! More

They have provided me with excellent care of our Subie as well as quality customer service to our daughter & her family for their 2005 Forester. On New Years Eve we took delivery of our 2014 Outback 2.5i Limited thanks to the superb friendly help & assistance from our Sales Consultant David Dombrowski who found the Outback we wanted equipped the way we wanted it with our color choice, etc. We enjoyed a very pleasant experience with David from the beginning of the process to the delivery of our new Subaru. We always try to include a reasonable profit for the dealer. Still, the price that the dealer starts with compared to where we want to be are frequently thousands of dollars apart. At Subaru of Jax the first offer from the dealer was within a few hundred dollars of where we wanted to be. I sent back a counter offer and we arrived at a reasonable compromise. It took minutes compared to the hours I spent at Keith Pierson Toyota. This is my first Subaru and my first purchase at this dealership. I fully expect a long and mutually beneficial relationship. We waited about three weeks for the car to come in from Connecticut. It was just what we wanted and our sales person took a lot of time with us so that we felt comfortable with the car. I started out using the Subaru websites (both corporate and local dealer). They were extremely helpful and got me started on the right foot. Josh called me very soon after I posted my interest and from there we were able to make a deal on my new Subaru Forester XT. Josh did well. He could tell I already knew which vehicle I wanted and made the event as short as possible for me. In the end I felt good about my purchase. I have owned Subarus for over 20 years and as long as the company keeps producing a quality product and doing things like the share the love program I will keep buying their vehicles.
