He was very professional and knowledgeable. We bought a 2016 Outback for my wife and then came back the following week to purchase a 2016 Legacy for my son. By the way, we live in the Tampa Bay area and drove to Jacksonville to purchase these 2 cars. First our son and now my wife and myself. We took delivery 10/5/2015. The entire sales experience from start to finish was magnificent. Our sales professional Mark Minter took his time to listen to our needs. He never once exerted pressure just to sell a car. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied and did his best to achieve that. One of the smoothest no pressure car buying events I ever participated in. The signing of documents with Anita Clarkson went just as smooth as the sales process with Mark. No surprises and everything communicated well. Like buying the car, a non-pressure event to finalize. Dan Kane the GSM congratulated us after providing a fair figure for our trade. David was very knowledgable about the vehicle and demonstrated the safety features that we were interested in. Actually, we wanted to test drive an Outback because Consumer Reports rated Subaru in the excellent category for its safety features -- and that's what sold us. When we wrapped things up, he sat in the car with us for a few minutes longer to help us set up some additional features. Anita in finance was very efficient. She was a ball of energy and very friendly. We love our Outback, it's beautiful and according to hubby, it's all mine. When the wife's happy, everybody's happy. More

A friend recommended I see salesperson Juan Hernandez and when I got there Juan was unavailable so Bruce Holmes took me for a test drive and patiently provided a lot of information about the 2016 Subaru Outback that I was interested in. I returned unannounced with my husband to discuss purchasing a model with specific features, and again Bruce patiently helped us and made an offer right at what we were hoping to pay. The vehicle wasn't on the lot and arrived ahead of schedule, which was great. Because we had been referred to Juan, when we returned to finalize the sale we worked with him for the first time but he and Bruce had made it seamless and the sale was straightforward, no surprises, and no attempts to sell us anything further that we didn't need. We'd already researched extended warranties and the optional Starlink so knew what we wanted. Juan went carefully through all the features, explaining and showing us everything, and made me feel comfortable calling him with any questions, no matter how small. More
