SOJ, Great Dealership! We were looking for a new vehicle to replace my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country. I was ready to move back to a smaller vehicle with good front and rear We were looking for a new vehicle to replace my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country. I was ready to move back to a smaller vehicle with good front and rear leg room with good safety ratings. I had settled on a Subaru Forester or Outback as my final choices and Subaru of Jacksonville had great inventory. My husband and I were impressed by the knowledge Frank Woods, our salesman, had on all of the models. We sat in a Forester first, but the minute we sat in the Outback we realized it was the vehicle we wanted. Next we had to arrive at an agreeable price. This has always been my least favorite part of the process as most dealerships play the waiting game, hoping to wear you out or down. This was not the case with Frank and the other personnel at Subaru of Jacksonville. Each time he was gone just a few minutes. We quickly reached that agreeable price. The purchase went quickly and Frank carefully went over the car's features so that we felt comfortable on the drive home. We would recommend Subaru of Jacksonville to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Love this place! My husband and I had a really tough credit situation since the last year he has had a underemployment issue. He had just gotten a new job that would change our financial situation and improve financial situation and the day he went to sign on his job offer his 1997 Prelude died, as in forever. Luckily it waited until AFTER he signed. We were in a sticky situation. Credit is not good due to setbacks. So as I was looking online we stumbled upon the Subaru of Jacksonville website where it said - we approve everyone (or something like that). So we gave them a call. Less than an hour later we had an approval and Juan pointed us in a direction of a FABULOUS used Subaru Outback that we could get that is perfect for us. HE was there every step of the way and we were signed and on the road in no time. This was the best car buying experience we have had and huge step in a positive direction for the path we are now on. Thank you and I will be back in a year or two to trade in my 2012 Mazda 5 for a new Subaru! More

Good experience at Jacksonville Subaru When my husband & I started to look for a new car, our first stop was Subaru of Jacksonville because I liked the looks of the Subaru Forrester and we When my husband & I started to look for a new car, our first stop was Subaru of Jacksonville because I liked the looks of the Subaru Forrester and we had heard good things about Subaru cars. The salesperson that helped us was great. He encouraged us to test drive the Outback as well as the Forrester just so we could compare the two, which we did. Both cars were nice and drove very well. Although we liked both cars, we had to make a decision as to whether a larger vehicle might better meet our needs and therefore continued to look at other dealers. I cannot say enough good things about the salesperson, Bruce Holmes, who helped us. He was professional; he was friendly; he was knowledgeable; he was NOT pushy....he made the experience very pleasant. If we decide to buy a car in the size range of the Subaru, we would definitely go back to Subaru of Jacksonville and work with Bruce Holmes. More
