He listened and thoughtfully guided me through the sales process in a communication style of proactive engagement. He listened to me and did not push. 3. An atmosphere of respectful engagement permeates the dealership. 4. The dealership is small; it is not a factory. Employees are consistently engaging and calmly efficient. 5. I expected the technological sophistication of Subaru and was very pleasantly surprised by the design features of the Impreza. Design aesthetics have not been a strength of Subaru. It looks like they're doing their homework and are making positive strides with the Impreza. 6. I was also attracted to Subaru because of the Boxer engine. My previous car was a Scion FRS with the same engine, co-developed with Toyota. I enjoyed the performance of that car and resulted in me considering Subaru for the first time. 7. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the sales process, especially Bruce Holmes, and look forward to a positive relationship with the dealership and the car. More

Jerry Johnson, the manager responded promptly and when we re-connected with him a couple of weeks later when we were ready, he made sure a car of our liking was available to look at and test drive. Everything went smooth throughout the process including excellent explanation of how to use the different features of the auto.
