Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. I initiated buying my second Subaru Outback online and had a quick response from Mark. He worked with me remotely as I live in Tallahassee, Florida and had everything ready once we closed the deal and I made the drive over to Jacksonville. Even though I already owned a 2011 Subaru Outback, he made sure he took me for a test drive and spent time going over all the new feature in the car. I really appreciated the time he spent with me as it saved me having to go thru manuals just to get started with the new technology. If you're looking to buy a new car, please consider with with Mark. He doesn't pressure you in anyway and will go the extra mile to be sure you are happy with the deal and your new car. A very pleasant experience! Anita Clarkson in the Finance Department also did a stellar job with all the paperwork and explaining the warranties...she couldn't be more friendly and was so knowledgeable about the process.
