Amazing Experience!!! My husband and I had spent weeks shopping around for a new vehicle. By the time we stepped foot on Subaru of Jacksonville's lot, we were beat up. As My husband and I had spent weeks shopping around for a new vehicle. By the time we stepped foot on Subaru of Jacksonville's lot, we were beat up. As Jerry approached us, we braced ourselves for the pushy "car salesmen" treatment we had been receiving elsewhere. Turns out that's how you've got to act when selling anything other than a Subaru. Jerry was knowledgeable, easy going and relaxed; he answered questions we didn't know we had. And when it came time to make our purchase, he was extremely patient as we changed our minds, and then changed them again. Financing was actually fun; Anita is a blast and super helpful. At the end of the day, we drove off in the car of my dreams and huge smiles on our faces because the experience was amazing. More

After being treated with what we consider disrespect from other dealerships, we decided to give this one a try. We originally asking for a salesman who was on vacation, so we were helped by Josh Strickland. We would give him more stars if they were available. He treated us with great respect and was so patient with our questions and test drives. It was raining a lot on Saturday and he went out in the rain and brought back 2 or 3 cars for us to try. That is great customer service! After finding the car we wanted we had such a great experience with negotiation process. Josh gave us a very fair price for our trade-in and we got the deal we ask for. I know that is hard to believe from a car dealership, but it actually happened. We would absolutely tell everyone to ask for Josh Strickland for a great car buying experience. Thank you Josh! We love our 2017 Subaru Legacy! More

Subaru of Jacksonville, Inc. 10800 Atlantic Boulevard Jacksonville, Florida 32225 Greetings, On the day before my 75th birthday, along with my brother, I drove to Sabaru of Jacksonville to try and find a vehicle I couldn't seem to find anywhere else! I waited for almost a year to find the exact one that fit my needs. I walked into the showroom and was not “assaulted” by numerous sales representatives. I met Erin and explained to her what I was looking for and she in turn introduced me to salesman Jerry Johnson. After chatting for a bit, we realized we had something in common as we are both retired from the United States Navy as Master Chief’s. I was a Master Chief Boatswain Mate and he was a Master Chief Stew Burner (cook). Jerry Johnson showed me the exact vehicle I had been looking for. We “haggled” a bit and then I was introduced to Danny—you know, the “guy in the back that salespeople have to go to in order to try and get the buyer a better deal”. We finally came up with a mutual price that we were all satisfied with. Before I took it off the lot, they wanted to detail it. My brother and I went and took care of a few errands and upon our return, my dream vehicle was cleaned, had Armor All on the tires and gas in it! Anita had all the paperwork ready, took my payment and I was on my way. I left for a return trip to Lake City, Florida with a new vehicle which was exactly what I had been looking for so long) and a new friend in Jerry Johnson. He asked good questions to understand what I was looking for in a new car. He was then able to show me vehicles which I was interested in and did not try to upsell. The actual buying experience in the finance office was also excellent. There was no attempt to sell add-ons like tinted glass, finish protection or extended warranties. True to the salesman's word there were no surprise extra fees or taxes. The whole experience was relaxing, low key and professional. More

I went in to look at the 2017 WRX and wound up driving away with it that day for a price we could afford. They put no pressure on us and let us take the time to decide if this was the right move. Frank and Anita were absolutely amazing in helping us out since this was a new experience for both of us. They couldn't have been nicer and more patient while we worked everything out. My fiancee drives an older subaru outback and we will definitely be back to get her a newer one when we are ready! Can't recommend this place enough, they were super friendly and made buying a car easy. More
