I was told by my mechanic in St Augustine that my 2004 Impreza was in need of gaskets. I was devastated since the Subaru I owned prior to this one had over 350,000 miles on it which I gave to my daughter Impreza was in need of gaskets. I contacted this dealership, spoke to Steve in the service department and explained what was happening and asked if there was a recall on the gaskets. He explained to me in terms that I could even understand, what had to be done, and how the dealership would provide me with a better grade gasket than my local mechanic would provide.The price was slightly higher, but I would receive a loaner car. After speaking with my husband, we decided to have the dealership repair my car rather than my local mechanic.My past experience with this dealership was a recall of the front lower control arms, which was a great experience. I had the gaskets done, drained transmission fluid & replacement, A/C overhaul and the brakes checked.I was told that it would take 3 days to a week for the repair. I was contacted two days later by Steve and was told that my car was ready. I was so happy since I love MY CAR and couldn't wait to have her back. There was a slight noise in the steering when I backed up which Steve looked at and repaired at no charge!!! A+Customer Service SOJAX More
My family and I came in looking for a used, low mileage van since we have a new baby on the way. Sabino was helpful and patient through the whole process. Worst experience ever. My "check engine" light comes on Saturday of a holiday weekend. On Tuesday, I take it in. Turns out my Turbo went out but since I kept driving it through the weekend, it mad comes on Saturday of a holiday weekend. On Tuesday, I take it in. Turns out my Turbo went out but since I kept driving it through the weekend, it made the turbo blow which shot metal scraps into the engine... blame was on me for continuing driving. Warranty wouldnt cover the cost because I did not have proof of oil changes EVERY 3,000 miles. So they expected me to pay over $8,000 out of pocket. I cant afford that. So, I pick up my car, and a shoe is missing, just one shoe. I called and asked what could have happened to it. Sarcastically, they kept saying "I highly doubt our service men would steal 1 shoe" or "We can look through the security tapes to see if someone broke in and stole it." Why cant they admit they lost it and replace it. They werent $20 shoes, these were $100 Nike running shoes... only worn a couple times! Long story short... they treat you like a child. They lost a customer today. More

Dave was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his product. The sales team went out of their way to answer difficult and unusual questions. At no point did I ever feel pressured, nervous, or uncomfortable in any way, this is how buying a car should be. They stayed with me at the dealership till 10 at night (well past closing) and Dave even followed me to a gas station after that and filled my car up for me. Both the product and the sales team greatly exceeded my expectations. Everything was transparent and every step of the process was clearly explained. I also got an amazing deal on an incredible car with literally everything I could ever want. Subaru of Jacksonville has definitely earned themselves a loyal customer, and I look forward to coming back when my fiance is ready for a new vehicle. I cannot recommend them highly enough. More
