The dealership was honest, straightforward, low pressure and friendly. I had done my homework prior to coming into the showroom and also contacted them by email for an appointment. Once there, they offered a fair price for my trade in and quoted an attractive price for the new car without needing to go through too many painful negotiating steps. In addition, the members of the sales team worked with each other effortlessly so that when my primary salesperson was busy, others immediately stepped up to make sure I was being taken care of without any appearance of trying to squeeze themselves into the deal or steal a customer. This happened even with tests drives that took the other person away from the showroom floor for an extended period of time. I had a tow hitch added to the car so took delivery the next day and the car was ready, detailed and spotless when I came for pick up. I highly recommend this dealership and the individuals I worked with. More

Other dealers I contacted were either evasive or not open to any conversation. Daniel is a model of modern car selling compared to his peers. Once I arrived at the dealership, Sabino and Jerry worked together to help me understand the models I was looking at and all other elements of transaction. Jerry was very patient in explaining all the complex functions of the vehicle(s) - and was always courteous and straightforward. Sabino was very active in making sure everything was done to make my purchase easy and made sure the car was ready, even installing one of my purchases for me. WOW, best experience ever buying a car. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. I drove away in the vehicle I wanted, at a very good price and was treated very fairly on my trade in. No wonder I am a three time Subaru buyer! Good experience with the dealership. After completing the sales process with this dealership, I don't feel like I was ripped off, in comparison to the Hyundai dealership that I had purchased an Elantra G the sales process with this dealership, I don't feel like I was ripped off, in comparison to the Hyundai dealership that I had purchased an Elantra GT from, just two months earlier. The XV CrossTrek is the car that I chose to replace this Elantra with, and Subaru of Jacksonville, was the dealership that I selected, based upon previous reviews. After my experience with them, I can see why they are rated as the number one dealer in Florida. It's a little way's to go for service, but it's worth it. My overall experience with them was a positive. Closing was clean, quick and good. The finance officer was friendly and efficient, and very courteous, compared to the Hyundai dealership that I had dealt with earlier. Getting rid of a new Hyundai Elantra GT after only two months is kind of drastic. But it was worth it. The XV CrossTrek is a welcome addition to my garage. Considering the excellent service from my previous Subaru cars, this new one should be just the answer to my needs. Larry More
After walking away from a nearby Honda dealership I went straight to Subaru. I had already test drove the Outback and the Crosstek. Kim was very friendly and professional, showing me the cars they had on the lot that had the features I was l was looking for. She even pointed out some others that hadn't occurred to me. When it came time to talk about pricing she pretty much made me an offer I couldn't refuse. At no time did I feel that anything was wrong (unlike at the other dealership). Even after driving the car for over a month I am glad I bought it and from this dealership. The only downcheck was being charged to install a front plate holder when I was not supposed to be. Still waiting on the reimbursement check. Other than that, the buying process was stress-free. I would definitely recommend this dealership (and this car) to friends and family. More

I was told by my mechanic in St Augustine that my 2004 Impreza was in need of gaskets. I was devastated since the Subaru I owned prior to this one had over 350,000 miles on it which I gave to my daughter Impreza was in need of gaskets. I was devastated since the Subaru I owned prior to this one had over 350,000 miles on it which I gave to my daughter for her college commute. I contacted this dealership, spoke to Steve in the service department and explained what was happening and asked if there was a recall on the gaskets. He explained to me in terms that I could even understand, what had to be done, and how the dealership would provide me with a better grade gasket than my local mechanic would provide.The price was slightly higher, but I would receive a loaner car. After speaking with my husband, we decided to have the dealership repair my car rather than my local mechanic.My past experience with this dealership was a recall of the front lower control arms, which was a great experience. I had the gaskets done, drained transmission fluid & replacement, A/C overhaul and the brakes checked.I was told that it would take 3 days to a week for the repair. I was contacted two days later by Steve and was told that my car was ready. I was so happy since I love MY CAR and couldn't wait to have her back. There was a slight noise in the steering when I backed up which Steve looked at and repaired at no charge!!! A+Customer Service SOJAX More
