After making the 2 hour drive from Georgia I was immediately greeted by Josh and he had the vehicle brought up for me to look at. Josh then introduced me to Jerry whom took care of me. Took the car for a test drive and when we got back Jerry was very friendly and honest while negotiating the sale of the vehicle. Within 30 minutes after after speaking with Costco we received a call for Sabino Martinez at this location. He was more that willing to find what we wanted. We talked on the phone and e-mailed numerous times and finally came to an agreement on price and options. The car we wanted had to be picked up from another dealer that was further south. Sabino made that trip and a few days later we went to Jacksonville to finalized the purchase. Sabino went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I can say nothing but good things about this gentleman. He was professional and made us feel very comfortable. Since the day of purchase he has called to see how everything is going with the new car. When I arrived in Jacksonville the following day she and the finance department were prompt, thorough and friendly getting me settled in my new car. They had everything taken care of and it was hassle free. I had poor experiences with the personnel at two local dealerships here in Atanta which were both unresponsive and inattentive.
