The best car-buying experience I've ever had This April, we purchased our new Subaru Crosstrek via Community First Credit Union and their Car Concierge program. Subaru of Jacksonville came highl This April, we purchased our new Subaru Crosstrek via Community First Credit Union and their Car Concierge program. Subaru of Jacksonville came highly recommended by our Car Concierge rep, and she was absolutely right. The entire process from initial contact of the dealership to driving away in our new Crosstrek took just about 24 hours. It would have been less if I hadn't been at work -- they were very accommodating of my schedule. Most of the work was done by our Car Concierge rep, so by the time we got to the dealership, our car was ready for us and it was just a matter of settling the deal and signing paperwork. That's where we met Josh Strickland, our Subaru sales rep. Josh was very professional and kind, and we felt that he advocated for us to get us a great deal on our new car. What made it extra nice for me, personally, was that we had our 7-month-old infant (who loves to chew on paper) with us as well, and everyone was very patient with us (and her!) as we juggled paperwork and pens out of her reach. Josh is a dad himself and I felt like he really "got" our situation, which made it so much more comfortable for me -- I didn't feel like I constantly had to apologize for delays while I redirected my baby's curious gaze and grasp. This was truly the easiest, most pleasant experience I've ever had when buying a car. I can't say enough nice things about Subaru of Jacksonville! More

Absolute POSITIVE experience!!!! This is not our first Subaru from this dealership. This is our 3rd bought from them and the fourth Subaru that is serviced here. I cannot say enough good things about the salesmen and service people that we have worked with. I have never felt cheated or dissatisfied with any contact I have had with the dealership. Actually, I feel that several times they have gone out of their way to help find the car our family wanted and help make it happen even though we have specific packages we are looking for that may be harder to find. As for service here I have never had any problems either. In fact, they as well, have gone out of their way to help get us in for service even though we have strange schedules. I also have never felt they recommended a service that was not necessary for any of our vehicles even though we have some older models as well as new. This is also not the closest Subaru dealership to our home, but we drive across town because we trust this dealership to not overcharge or cheat us in sales or service, period. Thanks Subaru of Jax!
