I've visited the dealership on several occasions- ranging from oil changes to possible battery issues, to most recently, new tires, an alignment and a wheel bearing replacement. No matter the task, big or small, the service department always received me warmly and professionally. I am active duty military, so my schedule is sometimes unpredictable, and they were very accommodating with appointment times as well as deadlines. I have to say that I am quite sad I have to leave them for a few years due to new orders, but I cannot wait until my Subaru Legacy is back in their hands. In the last appointment, my Subi came in with low tread on the tired, leaning slightly right, and with a lot of noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The Subi left with new tires, an alignment, complimentary carwash, and with zero noise. I drove home with the stereo off just to enjoy how quiet my car was again. Never disappointed, and as I mentioned in the title- excellence is the norm at sojax. The service dept is always willing to educate the car owners about the intricacies of their vehicles, and always looking to improve the customer/dealership relationship. Thank you, sojax! More

Eluding to my cause, I have stage 3 breast cancer, digestive disease and 4 days before my mastectomy our home and both cars were lost in Hurricane Irma. Thank You so very much Phil. More

I knew I wanted a crosstrek, I called Juan up and just asked for his best price on the online build I did. I was quite happy when he gave me a price lower than my already extensive research suggested. I was waiting for the catch, there was a small catch which was pretty awesome. I put a deposit over the phone. And was told my build would be delivered in about 5 weeks. Great. I got a phone call early saying car arrived early and I could come pick it up. Now the catch, since the time I made my deal Subaru came out with a $500 coupon, I did not even know about it, Juan said they were going to take another 500 off my price! Ok, serious integrity here! The promo came out after my deal, other dealerships would not have done this! Did I mention they donated to my favorite charity, ASPCA, on my behalf. Oh, there is more, not Subaru, but this dealer specifically extended my maintenance...on them. All I would say to a potential customer is that this dealership works on reputation, repeat customers, and recommendations. I would have never ever used the words honesty and integrity when talking about a car dealership, so congratulations Subaru of Jacksonville there is a first for me. More

Amazing customer service Ok, full disclosure, this is my second review and a follow up to my first one which I rated them slightly lower for forgetting to put the air valve ca Ok, full disclosure, this is my second review and a follow up to my first one which I rated them slightly lower for forgetting to put the air valve cap back on. I knew that it was a minor minor thing (I have owned classic fussy British cars); however, I was on vacation and was trying to figure out where to go to buy a new one. Enter, the wonderful service rep. He called and asked about my missing cap (I had posted that in my review), and suggested that he send me one. "Awesome" I shouted, looking at my husband rolling his eyes. Five days later I returned home to find a new tire valve cap in the mail. I can't even tell you how impressive that is. A little thing, but one that means that there are still those folks willing to go the extra mile. Thanks. Almost makes me wish I lived in Northern Florida (but only almost). More
