On MON/01JAN2018 I test drove a 1997 BMW Z-3 which I decided to conditionally purchase contingent upon evaluation by the local BMW dealership (NB. all the while I was captivated by the 2017 Subaru BRZ on display in the showroom). The following day I took the Z-3 in and learned from an experienced mechanic that there were several costly repairs needed (NB. about 2K's worth), but he recommended passing on the car. I expressed this to Steven and he indicated that the dealership was willing make the needed repairs and lower the asking price accordingly. I passed on this simply because it was apparent to me that one or some of the previous owners (NB. seven in all) had not properly taken care of the car and it would be problematic to own such a car. Then I expressed to Steven that I wished to test a BRZ when the very cold weather had passed. He was gracious, understanding and quickly refunded my $1,000 deposit on the Z-3. On Mon/08JAN2018 I returned to the dealership to test drive a BRZ. Again, Steven was most accommodating and the test drive was a fine experience. I bought the 2017 Crystal White Subaru BRZ that was on display in the showroom that afternoon. Had forgotten how involved the purchase process is, but Steven and AJ walked me through the "paperwork drill" nicely and efficiently. I will be taking possession of my new car this MON/15JAN2018 (nb. this was my choice of which Steven was very supportive) so I can get all the "necessary preparations/details" in order. Peace, Rev. Only a terrific vehicle and dealership could compel us to purchase from a manufacturer not local to us. A few days ago my wife's 2017 Forester wouldn't start. With the recent cold, I assumed perhaps that the weather had drawn the battery down. I called down to the dealership and advised them of the issue and requested to bring the vehicle in the next day. We were still a month out from getting our (comlimentary) oil change and check up, and the service advisor said they would do that for us as well. When i arrvied at the dealership, Jennifer Becker was my service advisor. She was very friendly and professional, and was responsve to my request to have things done quickly as I had to be a meeting back in Georgia. The battery was tested, but would not hold a good charge. Rather then 'wait and see' as I've had other dealers try to do, Jennifer advised that they didn't want to hold me up, and replaced the battery under warranty. It acutally took slightly longer, however; the service department noticed that one of the fusible links to the bateery was bad, and replaced that as well before returning my car to me. They advised they didn't want me to have to make another minor visit down if I didn't have to. THAT is great service and caring about you customer. While I was waiting for the repairs, I spent some time with Juan Hernandez, our saleman for the Forester. As always he was gracious and friendly, and is helping me with my inquiries on the new Subaru Accent... Great job! Thanks so much! More

Great Deal I received a call from Ryan about a Subaru after I had inquired about one online. I knew it was a great deal because when I price checked another Subaru dealer, they outright told me that Ryan had given me a great deal, and could only beat it by $100. I ended up putting a deposit down for a grey exterior/black interior Subaru outback 2.5i premium with eyesight. I ended up haggling with the two dealerships, and really wanted to buy the car from Ryan, as he was my first Subaru, but I did want to make them compete to try to get the best price. I went back to Subaru of Jacksonville and presented them with the final number from their competitor, which was 28062. Subaru of Jacksonville beat that price and I walked out the door with a red exterior/black interior Subaru outback 2.5i premium with eyesight at 27,661. More

Only The Best I live chatted for a couple of weeks before going to the dealership. I was assigned a sales associate who contacted me by email and was ready when I a I live chatted for a couple of weeks before going to the dealership. I was assigned a sales associate who contacted me by email and was ready when I arrived at the appointment time I had requested. The manager emailed during this period to let me know he was aware of my interest. My sales associate was Kimberly. She was very knowledgeable about the models I was interested in. I test drove a couple and she offered more. She understood my specific needs and wants and worked with me to get the Legacy I wanted, even offering to order one. Once I made a decision (with no pressure from her), she went over all the features and showed me how to use them. A couple of weeks after the purchase, she called to make sure all was well and I was happy. The manager came over during the process, introduced himself and thanked me for considering the dealership. Before I left he thanked me for the purchase. In the first month I called twice with questions related to the paperwork. My questions were answered quickly and correctly. My only suggestion would be to shorten the time needed to complete the paperwork. It seemed to be inordinately long. All in all, a top notch experience. More

Normally I would rather sit for a root canal than visit a car dealership but our salesman, Nando DiPasquate, made it a very pleasant, no hassle experi Normally I would rather sit for a root canal than visit a car dealership but our salesman, Nando DiPasquate, made it a very pleasant, no hassle experience as did AJ Miller, who processed our payment and did all the license, tax, title paperwork. The only issue was that we were there on the last Saturday of the year, probably their busiest day, and ended up waiting in line nearly two hours to pay cash for our car. We didn't know it was their busiest day of the season but management did and should have arranged extra finance/ cashier staff or at least an expedited line for people with cash in hand. Despite that little hitch we would still highly recommend this dealership and the staff we worked with. We'll definitly be back the next time were looking for a car, maybe just not the last Saturday of the year. More
