The salesman, John Pitts, listened to what I wanted and expertly answered my questions. He responded promptly to my request for a quote via e-mail with a fair offer. I was also given what I considered a fair offer on my trade too without a "low ball," again common with some dealers. The closing financial experience with Mike McCormack was smooth and efficient. It was noticeable that the employees at this dealership were proud to work there and were all pleasant to deal with. I look forward to a long standing relationship with my new Outback. More

Excellent Overall We expressed interest in a specific car online (after hours) and were called first thing in the morning by Savannah to set up a time to come in and te We expressed interest in a specific car online (after hours) and were called first thing in the morning by Savannah to set up a time to come in and test drive. She was very helpful and told us that we could always stop by or call her back if we had any questions since we weren't sure when we would be able to schedule. We stopped by this afternoon and were helped by Nando who was welcoming and friendly from the get go! He walked myself and my husband through the entire car both before and during the test drive, which really helped me feel more comfortable as an admittedly timid driver. I felt none of that "dealer pressure" that you hear horror stories of. Nando was explained to us their dealership and their values, but also let us know that there was no ill will if we decided this wasn't 100% what we wanted. He walked us through each and every step and worked hard to make sure we felt confident with the entire experience. His honesty and up front attitude was much, much appreciated!! Everything was explained, no detail uncovered. We felt that we paid a fair price for the car and appreciated everyone who worked with us and listened to what we felt comfortable with. Best car buying experience in my life I’m 65 and was looking for larger vehicle . I’d been to 3 dealerships prior, none Subaru . On my way to a local Hyundai dealership ) I had a Hyun I’m 65 and was looking for larger vehicle . I’d been to 3 dealerships prior, none Subaru . On my way to a local Hyundai dealership ) I had a Hyundai to trade) I stopped in here to just look. I had a Subaru Forester in the late 1980s. I was immediately greeted and assigned a salesperson, Jerry Johnson. In our casual conversation he told me how long he and others had worked there. Impressive . Jerry is mature, knowledgeable, and calming . He listened to my “ must haves”, educated me on the vehicle I was looking at, and we drove it as he explained everything feature in detail. I was going to order a car with the package and color I wanted, but in the cordial negotiation he presented a car on the lot with everything but the color I wanted. I took the deal. From then everything sped up , I was accomdated for my time restrictions, trade in, and a host of other details. I drove the new car home. The rest of the deal continued the next day where Jerry had my new car cleaned up, we reviewed the booklets and features, made an appointment for a thirty day check up, programmed my features, filled up the tank, had me tour the facility and meet the employees. Then off I went. I feel that this dealer has created a true customer satisfaction culture . Everyone I met had the same attitude . Jerry wanted me to understand the vehicle , but didn’t pressure me at all . He was supportive of my specs and needs. He did everything he said he would . I truly believe I can call or stop in at any time if there is a car issue. I got a fair price. I’m confident that my Crosstrek will last for years . Glad to be a Subaru owner again . Thanks Jerry. Professional, Friendly and Helpful. Had a frustrating experience getting my windshield replaced which resulted in my having to get eyesight re-calibrated at Subaru of Jacksonville. Steven Wall listened patiently as I "vented" and then arranged for the re-calibration along with a courtesy car for my use. His patience, professionalism and timely assistance was a refreshing contrast to my previous experience with the windshield replacement company. I've never had a negative experience at Subaru of Jacksonville. More
