Timely Resolution to a Dangerous Problem When I would attempt to shut off the engine on my 2016 Legacy, not all the time, but often the ignition would not completely shut off and the key woul When I would attempt to shut off the engine on my 2016 Legacy, not all the time, but often the ignition would not completely shut off and the key would not come out. I needed to restart again and again to finally remove the key from the ignition. The very helpful and courteous personnel at Subaru of Jacksonville service department examined my Legacy and within two hours, replaced the necessary part to resolve this dangerous problem. I came back to the dealership for my vehicle and it had been vacuumed and washed. Just a great experience. More

Great express service The express service where no appointment is wonderful especially since every other maintenance milestone recommended by Subaru is covered in the expre The express service where no appointment is wonderful especially since every other maintenance milestone recommended by Subaru is covered in the expresss service (oil change and tire rotation/alignment) but they also did a multi-point inspection and the free car wash which were a bonus for me. I usually try and make an appointment but the option to run in without an appointment was extremely convenient for me this time around. Waited like 35 minutes MAX and that was with the car wash, and the guest lobby is stocked with snacks, pop, water and coffee and free WiFi. Everyone in the service department is super friendly and accommodating and answered all the questions I had! More

Great place, and even better people! This place is ultra modern and cool to physically be in. They have great amenities and snacks, drinks, wifi and TV's; so if for any reason you had to This place is ultra modern and cool to physically be in. They have great amenities and snacks, drinks, wifi and TV's; so if for any reason you had to wait around a few minutes to see somebody, its a cool vibe. I had a complicated situation with trying to trade in a leased Impreza from a different Subaru dealership, before the lease was up, and with a few more scratches than I'd care to have, AND I wanted to trade up to a CrossTrek as long as I could keep the payments about the same. Well Juan Hernandez made me feel like I was the most important customer he's had all year and was incredibly generous with his time, presented TONS of option, and he made it happen. We also had been there in the past when my wife wanted to trade in an older Forrester we owned, into a new leased Forrester. Jerry Johnson is also a class act and he's helped us in the past with my wife's initial Forrester purchase. I'm not usually a big review writing person but Juan and Jerry are such class acts that I wanted to do something for them, trust me this is a good outfit they work in! So if you want a Subaru in Florida this is THE place to go, trust me! Thanks Juan & Jerry! More
