Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Patience with an "old lady" I have never bought a car by myself, ever. My salesman, Juan, deserves a "purple heart" for putting up with me! So patient, so ready to answer questions, made time for extra in-service on all the bells and whistles that I did not have on my previous car. Now, the time had come for the real test...the service department. I drove up for my 6000 mile oil change still with questions that the service manager patiently answered. I was made to feel important and that my questions were valid. The service was finished before I finished with the work I brought....wow!...that's a change. The technician went over what the service covered, I paid my bill, was walked to my now-washed-car and sent on my way with a smile!! More
