Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Went in for my service right before the 36K miles warranty was up. Danny was very accommodating, got me a loaner, and was really professional and kind working with me on the issue. What a super convenient drop-off and pick-up service Subaru of Jacksonville offers, and a loaner is a great bonus!
