I bought a 5 year old Crosstrek from Kyle Shifflett and you would have thought I was buying a brand new car by the way he treated me. He was easy to work with and everything was smooth as could be. We made you would have thought I was buying a brand new car by the way he treated me. He was easy to work with and everything was smooth as could be. We made the deal and I had to leave and was going to come back and sign everything and pick up the vehicle. I was having trouble getting a ride to the dealership since I live over an hour away. He ended up having all the paperwork drawn up and I e-signed everything with the finance guy and he delivered the car to me on a Friday night. Absolutely above and beyond. I will definitely recommend Kyle and Subaru of Jax to any and everyone. More

I recently bought a used Crosstrek from the dealership and ended up putting new rims and tires on it which I bought somewhere else. My salesman, Kyle had said that I could bring the vehicle back to the de and ended up putting new rims and tires on it which I bought somewhere else. My salesman, Kyle had said that I could bring the vehicle back to the dealership to get the tire pressure sensors reset. When I showed up to do that Kyle was off that day and Dave Bailey stepped up and helped me get the vehicle back into the service department and they took care of resetting the tire pressure sensors and even washed and vacuumed out my Crosstrek. I was thoroughly impressed that another salesman would go above and beyond to help me out in that situation. Love this dealership!! More
