Visited Subaru of Jacksonville Tuesday. Called first to see what the wait would be for an oil change and general checkup because I live almost an hour away. I was assured my wait wouldn’t be longer than an hour. When I arrived the technician took all my information, asked if I’d like my tires rotated and directed me to the very nice waiting area. My car was done in less than half an hour! The experience was nice, efficient and reassuring. I highly recommend this Subaru dealership! More

This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever witnessed. Mike was attentive, quick, professional, kind, and made sure everything was perfect! This is the third Subaru Outback I’ve bought from This is the third Subaru Outback I’ve bought from Sabino, he match priced and gave me a through walkthrough of vehicle functions while in the dealer This is the third Subaru Outback I’ve bought from Sabino, he match priced and gave me a through walkthrough of vehicle functions while in the dealership and as we did the test drive. As for the lower Service Department rating this goes back to my 2016 Outback, I was having low tire pressure on one tire after the third time taking it in and insisting (with pictures of my low pressure tire) the tire be removed and checked the problem was resolved but not before the warranty ran out. If the technician would have explored the problem even after the second return the warranty would have covered my $100.00+ expense. But to their credit all other services have been great. More
