My wife and I are Snowbirds, our home in Indiana, our second home in Florida. But our three kids no longer want us, at our ages, driving the 1,000 miles between homes. And the car! Much smarter than I. When I park the car and exit, a message on the dashboard reminds me that I have a package in the back seat that must not be forgotten. More

Visited Subaru of Jacksonville Tuesday. Called first to see what the wait would be for an oil change and general checkup because I live almost an hour away. I was assured my wait wouldn’t be longer than an hour. When I arrived the technician took all my information, asked if I’d like my tires rotated and directed me to the very nice waiting area. My car was done in less than half an hour! The experience was nice, efficient and reassuring. I highly recommend this Subaru dealership! More

My Subaru needed some work done to it. The dealership was quick to get us scheduled and loaned us a courtesy car as soon as one became available. My car didn't need service for 3K miles. Also new tires at 27K? I drove only 3K miles? Come on. Bought the car at about 24K miles last year, November. Had it serviced and sticker said next svc 27K? Then I at 27K? I drove only 3K miles? Come on. Bought the car at about 24K miles last year, November. Had it serviced and sticker said next svc 27K? Then I am told service is every 6K miles. Bought the car, drove about 3K miles, now suddenly I am told I "need" new tires for $600+! I'm told tires good for 40K miles. Either you sold me worn out tires or you're pushing sales. Something's not right. I feel like I need to tell everybody about this. More

This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever witnessed. Mike was attentive, quick, professional, kind, and made sure everything was perfect!
