Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. I was disappointed they were so fixated on talking me out of installing a factory hitch as part of the deal. Multiple people said they send all their customers to U-Haul for hitch installs. Previous Subaru owners. First time we met Steve by chance as we dropped in to test drive a new Subaru. Couldn’t decide but liked how thorough and not pushy he was. He clearly explained the cars features but again we couldn’t decide on which model. Second visit with Steve was for my son to purchase a car for himself. He was treated well and given complete info to be sure he knew everything. Clearly. We went back for ourselves today and finally bought a Subaru Outback turbo. Steve makes it easy. Helps you from start to finish and you don’t feel like he’s selling you, he’s just educating you on what it is. Thanks !! More
