I was going thru the process of looking at several different vehicles. I arranged to see Jonah Ramirez at SOJAX to look at a certified used 2025 Outback but hadn't really intended to make a purchase a different vehicles. I arranged to see Jonah Ramirez at SOJAX to look at a certified used 2025 Outback but hadn't really intended to make a purchase at this time. Jonah was easy to work with, and very informative. Several years back I had owned a 2017 Outback, and he discussed me with the various changes between the cars. After test driving, we easily worked out the numbers with business rep Jessica, and I bought the car. This was one of the easiest, no pressure sales experiences I've had in a while. More

Christian was very professional and excellent to deal with. There was a small item with the car caused by the service they did to the brakes (bleeder valve was just a tad loose). The sale was as is and I was a cash buyer from out of state. They could have told me they couldn’t help - but they didn’t. They were prepared to stand by the car post sale and get it resolved. Fortunately it was a very easy fix that a local brake shop repaired for no charge. The intent was certainly not lost on me. Would buy from them again! More

Sales experience was the best I've ever had at a dealership. The problem I have is with service. I'm told that the repair will take one and hour over the phone and when I get there I was told it wil dealership. The problem I have is with service. I'm told that the repair will take one and hour over the phone and when I get there I was told it will take many more hours. This isn't the first problem I've had with the service department. I had a warrentialbe malfunction and I stated "this is dangerous" and they agreed I asked for a loner and they said they wouldn't have one for two weeks. I was told to come back in two weeks. The service department is very nice but I can't believe how little they communicate and make promises that they can't fulfill. I won't be buying another Subaru. More
