Subaru of JAX is a large establishment with considerable inventory. I was looking (via internet) for a new Outback and actually found several at SoJ that met my criteria and all were listed well below MSRP. inventory. I was looking (via internet) for a new Outback and actually found several at SoJ that met my criteria and all were listed well below MSRP. I live in a small town just west of Tallahassee and although I really liked my local Subaru dealer they are much smaller and all choices were listed at MSRP; therefore, I decided to take the nearly, two hundred mile drive to JAX. Upon arrival, there were a few sales associates seated outside and I was greeted by Bryan Maguire. Bryan pulled a couple of cars from the lot for me to drive. When we returned from a drive, I decided to proceed with a purchase so we went inside and began the process. While Bryan and I began with the paperwork, my trade in was taken back to the used car department for assessment. In less than fifteen minutes, I was presented with an offer that turned out to be precisely what I was going to ask. I approved the offer and Bryan took the paperwork back to Mr. AJ Miller (finance manager) to initiate a contract offer. Not long afterward, Bryan came back and stated: "Well, I guess we have a deal"; he was right. The bottom line was exactly as they advertised it on their website. Went into AJ's office and signed the paperwork then wrote a big check, said my goodbyes and rode off into the sunset (only a minor exaggeration) toward Tallahassee in my new Outback Wilderness. A final note- I had reached out on the internet early in the morning to try and verify availability of one vehicle that I was interested in but since I had so far to travel, I decided that they had enough inventory that I wouldn't have to worry about that so began my trip before getting a response. About an hour after I left, I was contacted by a SoJ internet associate so pulled into a rest area and returned the call. The associate was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately, I can't recall with certainty, who I spoke with. I just wanted to be sure that she got her five star acknowledgement as well. Okay, loving my Outback. 'Nuff said. More
