I have purchased a number of new cars up to my experience with Mark at Subaru of Jacksonville. Each time it was stressful, back and forth between multiple dealers, high pressure sales, sneaky financing. So w with Mark at Subaru of Jacksonville. Each time it was stressful, back and forth between multiple dealers, high pressure sales, sneaky financing. So when my wife and I were looking for a new car, I was prepared for a few weeks of stress. My wife was very particular with what she wanted, which normally would make the process and negotiations even more stressful. Emailing multiple dealers from Jacksonville to Tampa, only a few responded outside of form email "come in and see what we have". Alice at Subaru of Jacksonville was one of the only that responded not like a robot, and with exactly what my wife wanted! Despite feeling in a corner now we found exactly what she wanted, I was completely blown away by Subaru of Jacksonville and Mark's approach to sales. Straight forward, no sneaky tactics. We walked in, test drove, and discussed out-the-door pricing to our satisfaction in one sitting. I would typically have to walk to get what I see as a fair deal. We got that in the first shot, and after our bank's documents were worked out with Ryan,we went back in to pick up and do orientation. Subaru of Jacksonville is passionate, realistic and fair. I would happily work with them for our next car (I am surprised I am saying this about a dealer). Mark went the distance to make the process work (including running out to the street to return a forgotten personal item). My MIL even got a mug, so happy MIL! It will be hard not to look at a new vehicle for myself when we go up to pick up the last of our accessories on order! More
