Went to Subaru of Jacksonville because I needed help with my new Outback Wilderness. The other Subaru dealer where I bought it was less than helpful. The help I received was amazing! They took the time to t my new Outback Wilderness. The other Subaru dealer where I bought it was less than helpful. The help I received was amazing! They took the time to teach me about my car and fixed the My Subaru account the other dealer messed up. We got ALL the gadgets, apps and widgets working. Bruce Holmes was a great teacher and troubleshooter with me and the car systems. I will ALWAYS go to Subaru of Jacksonville for everything I need. This is the best experience we’ve ever when it came to a salesperson, Kevin, as well as, Ovy, who helped us with the paperwork. Kevin does a good job listening to your needs and then explaining a quick overview of the features of the car once you purchase. Everyone is pleasant there too. We feel we got more bang for the buck here too. My neighbor got a car from here a couple months back and she said she had the same experience! So this tells me this is how they operate every day with everyone who walks through the door. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future. My son-in-law hopes to work with them in the near future as well. You will be happy you went with this team at this dealership. More

My wife and I stopped by Subaru of Jacksonville to look at a new 2023 Subaru Ascent Touring model. At the time we weren't planning on purchasing the vehicle just yet. However, the salesman who assisted us, at a new 2023 Subaru Ascent Touring model. At the time we weren't planning on purchasing the vehicle just yet. However, the salesman who assisted us, Jerry Johnson, did such a good job showing us the vehicle and answering all of our questions that we decided to request a quote and value on our trade in. The price and trade in value offered seemed reasonable and we opted to purchase our new Subaru on the spot. After we completed the paperwork Jerry walked us through the owner's manual and showed us all of the features on our new Subaru. He also encouraged us to call him if we had any further questions once we left the dealership. Unlike other dealers that we've visited in the past, neither Jerry nor anyone else at Subaru of Jacksonville ever made us feel pressured to make a decision or to purchase anything. Jerry and the finance manager we met with to finalize our purchase were very personable and seemed to genuinely want our experience to be the best that if could be. Mr. Sambino met my husband and me in the parking lot the day we were trying to decide between a Toyota Rav4 and a Subaru Forester. He was very knowledgeable. A true professional. He was not pushy. We found out our Costco membership could help us get the Wilderness. Upon returning to Subaru after getting an E-price (great service there as well), we were again taken care of by Mr. Sambino.
