Kimberly is knowable about all aspects of Subarus, I wasn’t sure that a Subaru was the right car for my family needs, and that Subaru of Jacksonville would be the best dealership, but Kimberly took the time to educate me about how the Subaru Outback would meet and exceed my expectations. Kimberly didn’t need to bring in multiple Subaru sale reps to strong arm me in the sale, she took the time to show me what is included in the Subaru Outback, that convinced me that it was exactly what I was looking for in a car. I truly appreciated her customer service at the time of sale and her continued accessibility after the sale, and how she went into detail for continued service on my Subaru. Kimberly let me know that I was now part of the Subaru family and would be treated like family. She made it clear that she would be there for me with any questions or concerns about my Outback. Kimberly is a one-stop for all things Subaru, I must say that purchasing my Outback from Subaru Jacksonville is one of the best decisions that I have ever made and I have purchased a lot of cars. I can’t thank Kimberly enough on my exceptional car buying experience and I’m so happy to be part of the Subaru family, my two dogs are wagging their tails; the car meets their needs too. I decided to return due to my previous favorable impression with Mark on an earlier visit and am very glad I did. Mark listened to me, was transparent in our dealings and managed to seamlessly work a deal that was to my satisfaction based on the honest communication we engaged in regarding my desired parameters. He was able to restore my previously hels high regard for this dealership and earned a grateful customer well beyond a single car sale. More
