Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. We went Jacksonville to check out 3 manufacturers dealerships. We went to Subaru first and told Jerome after he showed us a Crosstrek that we had to check out Mazda and Honda first before we had a de dealerships. We went to Subaru first and told Jerome after he showed us a Crosstrek that we had to check out Mazda and Honda first before we had a decision. He didn’t pressure us or anything like that. After having negative experiences at the other dealerships.We went back and met up with Jerome and told him we wanted the Crosstrek. My 2014 had a know issue wirh the a/c compressor. I had it looked at by 2 other repair shops with contradicting reports. After my 1st appt. with you, I had the truth and the actual cost for repair. D I had it looked at by 2 other repair shops with contradicting reports. After my 1st appt. with you, I had the truth and the actual cost for repair. Daniel was our service advisor and is at rhe top of his game. And he just happens to an awesome human too. We were desperate to get the car fixed and he made it easy with an early morning appt. and even reached out to Subaru of NA for help with the repair. Thank you Daniel and Subaru of Jacksonville, we love our subie and now we have a place to take her that we believe in. More

They were able to get my car fixed even quicker than they said. They were also very accommodating when I wasn’t able to pick up my car before the service department closed.
