Nando my sales person had me test drive a couple of cars to make sure I was completely happy with my selection. He had many years of experience and was able to answer all of my numerous questions. Mark Ogden the business manager made sure I got the lowest interest rate possible. He thoroughly went over all the warranty information etc. All and all it was a great experience and the 2025 Outback Limited I purchased is the best riding vehicle I have purchased. Side note, I made an appointment to meet with John Pitts not too long after I bought my Outback. His sole purpose is to go over any and all question you have with your new Subaru. Kimberly was great and very wonderful to us! My last car buying experience took half the day. Our sales rep and finance manager were both very helpful and able to answer our numerous questions. We had a great buying experience at Subaru Jacksonville with Andrew Bowman. We previously did a test drive and decided we wanted to purchase a Crosstrek Premium. We then compared three Subaru dealerships w with Andrew Bowman. We previously did a test drive and decided we wanted to purchase a Crosstrek Premium. We then compared three Subaru dealerships within 80 miles for inventory, transparency, cost and sales consultants via text and email. Hands-down, Subaru of Jacksonville was the best. The sales associate Andrew Bowman did a fantastic job. He was professional, nice and cared during negotiations. We agreed on a price over the phone and placed a refundable deposit. The next day we were in and out in less than two hours. Andrew thoroughly went over the car and set everything up with for financing. Ovidio Cirtina was fabulous and had all the financing ready to sign. Kudos to Andrew and Ovidio. We will definitely be back to Subaru of of Jacksonville to purchase our next car. More
