Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. My car of 12 years finally broke down and all week long I was dreading having to go from dealership to dealership to look at cars. After a few unpleasant experiences with other dealerships in town I was alm was dreading having to go from dealership to dealership to look at cars. After a few unpleasant experiences with other dealerships in town I was almost positive I wasn't buying a new car this week and the stress would continue. Everything changed when my wife and I pulled into Subaru of Jacksonville and met Jim. The vibes were immediately different from other places we had been to. We were very comfortable with Jim, and it didn't feel like a test drive at all. It didn't take long for me to make up my mind that I would be buying the car we were driving. There was never any pressure, and we were at ease the whole time. The cars we looked at were very nice, but Jim was nicer. More
