Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. During the test drive, Jimmy provided a thorough and knowledgeable explanation of the Outback’s features. The negotiation process was efficient and professional, and Mark, the finance manager, was courteous and accommodating. The delivery experience was seamless and exceptional. The sales representative, Jimmy, was knowledgeable, courteous, and patiently guided me through the Outback’s features during the test drive and at the time of delivery. We went to Subaru of Jacksonville to see Jerry Johnson to test drive a Forrester Wilderness and a Crosstrek Wildness. Jerry graciously welcomed us and let us test drive both cars.
