you staff is always polite and welcoming. Not only are you greeted,but they check on you and see if there is anything you need. Called twice and was told I would be given a loaner car as long as they were available. Upon arrival I was told they don’t give loaner cars for just oil change and tire rotations. Last time I was stuck her as long as they were available. Upon arrival I was told they don’t give loaner cars for just oil change and tire rotations. Last time I was stuck here for 2 hours. This time I was assured I would be out within 45 minutes but it was almost 1.5 hours by the end of it. My service technician sat in a cubicle next to me the entire time the car was being serviced then calls me in and explains how after all this time they will not rotate the tires because “I need tires so bad mine are about to pop!” Which is a joke compared to how much tread is still on the tire and the fact he never got up to look at it himself. He spent his whole time on his cell phone. More
