Dropped car off for oil change. Sat in waiting room for 2 hours with no word regards status. After 2 hours went to look for an employee to get a status report. Work was complete after another hour. I was there a full 3 hours for an "Express" Oil change. More

I had to ask about the status of my car after waiting past the time when it was supposed to be ready. They had forgotten about my car and I had to wait another 30 minutes before it was ready. Additionally, they did not provide the customary car wash. They said I could wait another 30 minutes to have the car washed which I did not choose to do. This was only for a free maintenance service which included an oil change, cabin filter change and tire rotation. All in all I was probably there 2 hours. I was very disappointed. I will probably only come back only because I have another free oil change More
