Although Subaru quality is garbage. This dealer is fantastic. Jeff Bowman really take care of you. Constant updates regarding the process while your car is in for services. I continue to be amazed by the level of service that this Subaru location delivers. When my saw a fairly substantial puddle of what appeared to be motor oil under the car my first call was to Subaru on an e Subaru location delivers. When my saw a fairly substantial puddle of what appeared to be motor oil under the car my first call was to Subaru on an early Monday morning. They brought it in to the shop, provided a loaner, diagnosed a faulty washer, fixed it and returned it all the same day. I drove Lexus for 20+ years and I worried about giving up that service standard. Happy to say I haven't given up anything. Love my Subaru, will drive the extra miles to bring it back for service to the Gwinnett location I bought it from. More
