The rep was the WORST! He lied repeatedly. Made up things that he didn't understand from the service tech's analysis. I called repeatedly to get update on my car on the He lied repeatedly. I was told he was there and would call me back right away. After calling ALL day I was finally told he was off and I had to wait 2 more days for my car. The multi point inspection missed a burnt out headlight that they had the nerve to try and charge me for after I had to make an additional trip to the dealership. He is condescending to women (Little Lady. Please!!). Can't trust him at all! I loved this dealership until this experience. Would have continued going there for all my car service and probably bought my next car there as well. More
